Project Overview

Working with the Rolls Royce team we were asked to create a website experience, with the purpose of attracting, retaining, and inspiring talented people.


Utilising Rolls Royce’s newly crafted EVP (Employee Value Proposition) we structured and crafted a site that talks to people and helps them understand what the experience of working at Rolls-Royce is all about.


With EVP key principles to inform our creative approach, we created content and a brand experience that encapsulated the Roll Royce core brand but differentiate it to reflect its specific EVP Tone of Voice and visual language. Re-styling, updating, and adding to the core The Modular Design System was created for the .com website to cater to its specific audiences and EVP goals.
