As Head of Product Design, was responsible for leading the creative direction across the platform’s digital experience and brand ecosystem. Focused on guiding customers to first adoption, product engagement, and user retention. My role was both strategic and hands-on—overseeing product design, brand development, and art direction to ensure a seamless, high-impact user experience that brought the brand’s core values to life.

I led extensive user research and customer interviews to better understand our audience’s needs and behaviors, which directly informed our design decisions. This work laid the foundation for a complete overhaul of the platform’s UX/UI and the development of a new, scalable design system. Our key focus was creating an elegant, fun, and accessible designs for both web and mobile that balanced community, commerce, and storytelling within the social commerce space.

MetaMerch - Head Product Design UX/UI

The Meta-Merch web platform was created to help brands seamlessly design and scale Roblox-ready digital merchandise. By simplifying the process of creating 3D clothing and accessories, the platform enables rapid design, build, and deployment of digital goods on platforms such as Roblox and Zepeto—helping brands engage virtual audiences and unlock new revenue streams.

As Head of Product and Digital Design, I led a multidisciplinary team in building this platform, introducing a catalogue of customisable 3D templates that allowed brands to create and launch Roblox UGC effortlessly. My role spanned product roadmap definition, UX/UI design, and creative direction, ensuring the platform was both scalable and intuitive while driving adoption among global entertainment brands.

As Creative Director, I partnered with the Head of Brand, Head of Product, and founders to define product–market fit and craft a compelling, cohesive brand narrative. My role combined strategic brand direction with hands-on execution across multiple touchpoints.

I led the UX/UI design and build of the website and digital product, aligning the user experience with both brand identity and business goals. I also directed the industrial and packaging design for new product launches in collaboration with Pentagram, ensuring premium quality and consistency.

In parallel, I oversaw the creation of performance marketing campaigns to drive growth while maintaining a unified visual identity. I further shaped the brand world by directing art, photography, and video content, bringing customer stories to life across digital and physical channels with clarity and purpose.

My primary focus was on recruiting and leading a multidisciplinary creative team tasked with redefining Dermatica’s brand experience, tone, and visual language to better reflect its purpose and evolving prescription skincare offering.
